有什么好的办法监测心梗吗？

最近看到不少心梗去世的新闻，不知道有没有好的办法预先监测？我知道饮食和生活习惯很重要，可以起到预防作用。除了这些之外，有没有好的体检方法来检测到心梗的症状呢？比如血管堵塞等等。是不是需要预约一个心脏病的专家医生来检查？谢谢
