母亲七十九岁。二年前发现肺部有阴影，穿剌活检后不能确定是癌，医生建议手术切除。考虑到年岁已高，又有高血压和糖尿病，决定不手术采用吃中药保守疗法。六个月左右做一次CT观察阴影变化。最近一次CT报告（附上）发现阴影有所扩大，淋巴肿大，建议再次穿刺活检。我觉得我们有三个选择：

  1. 不穿刺，打针消去肺部和淋巴的炎症，继续保守治疗。
  2. 穿刺确诊是肺癌后手术切除
  3. 穿刺确诊是肺癌后不手术，靶向药物治疗。

我想听听坛中各位专家的意见。万分感谢
