小朋友突然尿变少，变黄，有什么要担心的吗？

快六岁的小朋友，十天前有virus infection, fever和congestion之类的。六天前基本好了。当时注意到尿量突然减少，变成orange的颜色，但urine test结果正常。四天前突然开始发hive, 给了Benadryl, 当天就退了，但是开始食欲不振。二十四小时后开始吐，吐了三次，挺严重的吐，前后十几个小时。接下来两天一直食欲不振，low energy, 而且尿量少，orange颜色，虽然喝水已经比平时多了。她似乎也不渴，都是我们盯着喝，但嘴唇干燥。

挺健康的孩子，唯一的问题是severe nut allergy. 四天前发hive, 我们第一怀疑food allergy, 但后来又觉得不像。

是不是应该明天再去做个urine test?
