今天做了心电图EKG，有问题

一直觉得自己心跳快，今天看了家庭医生，做了一个心电图，结果是：

Normal sinus rhythm,

Lateral infarct, age undetermined

Abnormal ECG

家庭医生看了结果，说结果正常。可是我看了报告，上面说不正常啊。严重吗？我需要马上看cardiologist吗？
