谁有喝奶茶后胃不舒服经历？

很少喝奶茶，有天跟2个朋友逛街看家奶茶店前排很长的队，据说“网红奶茶”。排那么长队还不多买点，每人买2杯红茶拿铁奶，结果喝完我们胃都隐隐不舒服，感觉象“嘈杂”似饥非饥，似痛非痛。。不甘心啊，为了确认买来奶茶里是否含特别东东导致，去老美超市买来Lipton红茶包自己继续试做奶茶，结果喝完同样感觉，不是还很多人说红茶养胃吗？ 为什么？ 红茶里有什么特别成分导致？

我的肠胃一直很皮实，吃冰吃热辣，杂粗粮。。吃什么都没事，其它茶，咖啡等喝再多也没事。突然发现喝红茶多了胃不舒服，那2个朋友平时胃也不错，什么都能吃，也是红茶喝完不舒服。还有谁有同样经历？
