麻烦坛里面的医生帮我看一下我儿子胳膊上的红疹子。先谢过大家！

小儿9岁，今天从夏令营回来，右胳膊上有一小片红色的皮疹，但不痛不痒，疹子呈平面状，没有突起。我当即带他去看了儿科医生的急诊，但医生看了一下口腔和体温，没有说出所以然，让我们注意观察。

回家后吃过饭，去院子里玩了一会儿，回来后发现皮疹的范围扩大。他今天在夏令营没有接触过什么异物，涂了市场上最好的防晒霜（也不是第一次用了〉，所以不会是防晒霜或者日晒造成的。

昨天回来后，小儿有抱怨过头痛，有轻微的腹泻，并感觉疲乏。我们在加州，日照强烈，我怀疑有轻度中暑症状，今天回来仍然感觉疲惫。不知道明天早上会怎样？

如果坛里有医生，能够帮助我们诊断一下可能的病因吗？作为母亲，很焦虑，希望大家能够理解。非常感谢。
