妈妈的口腔苔藓问题

妈妈的口腔苔藓有2年了， 最近半年还在北京最好的口腔医院看过，吃了很多药也不见效。虽然不是大毛病，但是对生活还是有很大的影响。有人知道美国有什么有效的治疗方法和药品吗？多谢了
