Maybe should take your son to have a sleep text

Check if your son has sleep apnea,  if he breathes through mouth ,very likely he has large tonsils,  kids sleep apnea a lot of them have ADHD ,   

my son had the same problem, he did not wet the bed after the tonsils were removed .

maybe you can take your son to have a sleep test .
