松动的牙 做 bone graft 有用吗，不拔牙，只做bone graft，能否保住这颗牙

我有颗牙天生没有多少牙骨， 现在牙齿变松了，有牙医说要拔牙再做implant. 我觉得我的牙只是有点松， 现在就拔了可惜了， 我想看能不能 先做 bone graft， 看能否能保住这颗牙。
