头颈歪了，颈椎病犯了

听了杜编介绍的治疗耳鸣的偏方，昨天买了核桃仁，今天拿了7-8块核桃仁，费了九狗二猪的力气，榨出了几滴油，赶紧灌入耳朵，可是油马上朝外面流。赶紧把头65度歪了，好把那好不容易榨得的油hold住。现在已经半个多小时了，脖子还歪着，有点疼。
