太粗了,不好消化。最近早餐还是改喝牛奶,没事就生吃萝卜。胃也不疼不胀气,消化也正常了。我觉得萝卜是个好东西,前段时间吃苹果啥的都胃疼,唯独吃萝卜不疼。
