请骨科医生看看X光结果，是否骨折了，谢谢先！

朋友摔了，胸部碰撞桌边，左肋表面瘀青，X光的报告是：

EXAMINATION: RIB UNILAT, W/ AP CHEST LEFT 
 INDICATION: XXX old woman with recent fall and left sided rib pain, h/o 
severe osteoporosis// evaluate left sided rib fracture 
 IMPRESSION: 
 Frontal and oblique views show no definite evidence of rib fracture or 
pneumothorax. Extensive costal cartilage calcification in the lower ribs 
makes it difficult to unequivocally exclude a nondisplaced fracture.

• 肋骨的钙化造成很难确诊非错位性骨折。所以不好说有无骨折。肋骨骨折的治疗就是养着，一般不会手术。吃些止痛药。 -momjr- ♀ (0 bytes) () 12/19/2018 postreply 07:21:06
