前几个星期照完breast mammogram 后发现有胸部紧密，然后又照了ultrasound,平时自己检查也从没摸到过包块，可是在照超声波时有发现囊肿，请大家帮我看下报告有什么要紧的吗，谢谢

| or cystic. There is a 4.5 mm ovoid hypoechoic nodule at 3:00. There is a 7 |
| mm cyst at 7: 00 and a few smaller cysts elsewhere. On the left there is a |
| 5.4 mm hypoechoic nodule 11:00, a complex 5.5 mm cyst at 11:00 and a few |
| smaller cysts elsewhere. No adenopathy. |
