how to increase calcium level

I am sorry that I couldn't type Chinese now.  My blood work results show that my calcium is 1% below the lower threshold.  The doctor recommended me to take some culcium supplments with VD.  Do you have any recommended brands/medicine?  Anything food that I should consume more often?  I drink soymilk/almond milk rather than cow milk and generally lower my diary intake to minimum (no yogurt or cheese, and just eggs sometimes).
