向薛成医生请教股骨头骨折的问题

 我姥姥91岁，身体很好，没有慢性病。一个月前，摔倒导致股骨头骨折。在医院住了一个周，现在在家保守治疗。现在姥姥的精神很不好，食欲也不好。我很担心。家里瞒着我，我这个周知道。

我看薛医生的很多回帖得知： 有4大并发病，在一年内会死亡。

我向问薛医生几个问题：

1） 我姥姥的骨折严重吗？能帮我分析一下xray吗

2） 现在还能手术吗？ 

3）如果不手术，现在能不能坐起来？
