请问：手腕内侧发现有一尖尖的凸起，好像是骨头，一按很疼。请问哪位知道是什么么

两手腕相同位置都有，摸起来比看起来明显的多。这一个月抱孩子用手腕过度，但这个小突起不清楚以前是不是也有
