身上痒，痒到不能睡觉怎么办？

家里有个人，国内，50+，男的，多年前开始身上痒，怎么弄都不好，痒到不能睡觉。他是RH阴性血，20年前得过出血热。

可能是什么原因？应该怎么治疗？
