hemp oil is another product of Cannabis sativa L, and not same

as CBD, which is Cannabidiol, a purified compound from Cannabis sativa L.

Cannabidiol ( INN ; abbreviated as: CBD) is one of at least 113 active cannabinoids identified in cannabis.

The CBD (hemp) oil is a mixture of extract. Some of the products probably contain higher content of CBD.

Do not use the oil for the cancer treatment, since there are too many different compounds with variety of effects.
