求助 淋巴结肿大3-4周了1.5CM左右的圆形 需要看specialist吗？

13岁男孩，淋巴结肿大3-4周了，大约1.5CM左右的圆形，抬起头来，很明显能看到左下颌下面的圆形凸起，不痛比较硬，是什么病啊？很害怕
