Final Pathology Results Left Breast Core Biopsy: "Fibrocystic changes including, sclerosing adenosis, usual ductal hyperplasia (UDH), microcysts, and columnar cell change/hyperplasia with microcalcifications."

This benign diagnosis is concordant with the imaging findings.
