求教：X光胸片结果，需要要求CT复查吗?

几个星期前因流感咳嗽去照了个X光，结果出来如下：

The cardiac silhouette and mediastinal contours are within normal limits. No
lobar consolidation, pleural effusion, or pulmonary edema is identified.
Slight tenting of the hemidiaphragm is seen likely due to scarring or minimal
atelectasis.
The osseous structures are intact without displaced fracture. No pneumothorax
is seen.
IMPRESSION:
No lobar consolidation, pleural effusion, or pulmonary edema is identified.

家庭医生的建议是吃完抗生素，不咳嗽了就不用管了。我现在是不怎么咳嗽了，但是总还是觉得喉咙气管那里不太舒服，（我有长期慢性咽喉炎），另外肩背痛，右前胸感觉紧绷。求教坛里各位专家，这个X光片说明还是有些问题的吗? 我应该再要求看专科做CT吗？我有些担心啊，总觉得这里那里不舒服。先谢谢了！
