是颈椎问题吗？

昨天把头侧向边， 立刻晕眩，心慌，有呕吐的感觉。马上躺下，症状消失，但整天头有点晕晕的，好像胃也不太舒服，坐下来就好点。 以前没发生过。是不是颈椎问题？要做什么相关检查？
