枸杞——美国研究新发现惊人的秘密 ～ link

 

枸杞在美国被称为"中国雪果"（Chinese wolfberry）。尽管枸杞主要出产于中国宁夏，但在美国的健康食品市场上却被称为"喜马拉雅枸杞"。由美国国家眼科学会所支持的关于枸杞的临床研究显示，枸杞所富含的营养成分包括9种氨基酸，其蛋白质含量比全麦还高，富含抗氧化剂，维生素C含量是橙子的500倍，是已知的营养含量最丰富的食物之一。
