请教：腰间盘突出了 严重吗 怎么才能康复？

本人工作是长期对着个电脑 忙起来不止8小时 两周前突发腰疼 不能直立 一动就疼 必须向右顶着胯才能挪动。照了MRI 是腰间盘突出 中间型，报告如下 严重吗？ 去中医疼痛诊所扎针 按摩 拔罐之类 现在不痛了 不过腰还是没劲儿 坐个10几20分钟就开始酸痛 也不能久站 基本是平躺休息 抬腿蹬一会自行车的动作 或趴一趴。疼痛医生只说要比较久才能治好 多久也不好说。请问怎么才算恢复？一般建议卧床休息多久？不痛了还需要继续扎针按摩吗？还是要换其他医生做复建？谢谢建议。

the L4-5 disc is desiccated and bulging extending into the neural foramina without nerve root impingement.

the L5-S1 disc is desiccated with a tiny central protrusion partially effacing the epidural fat. There are mild degenerative changes of facet joints without significant stenosis.
