症状是喉咙发干发紧，而且床上症状消失，起来反而感觉不好，是否吃引起口干喉咙不适的其他药物？

我并非反对你医师食道反流的诊断，但你的主要症状是症状是喉咙发干发紧，而且床上症状消失，起来反而感觉不好。。。这不像食道反流，也就是说，你可能同时有食道反流和喉咙干燥。。。
