新鲜的败酱草～～捣烂取汁～冰冻一下更好～涂抹在奇痒红肿处～～～干了就再涂抹～～不停地涂抹。。。。中间留出一点点小空白。。。。

蒲公英～～～苦瓜汁～～～外涂～～内服～～

痒为热。血热就会蔓延。就会越肿越痒越大。。。。想办法保持血凉。。。
