胸闷，胸痛是心脏问题吗？

父亲八十岁，最近觉得胸闷，有点胸痛，但不是很疼。症状在胸中间。这是心脏问题吗？如去看医生，做心电图有用吗？可以吃阿司匹林吗？剂量是多少？谢谢回复。
