以下是去年breast biospy 的结果 (去年是因为 suspicious microcacification做的biospy)

Benign breast tissue demostrating columnar cell alteration/hyperplasia with atypia and without atypia and fibrocystic changes
calcifications are seen within benigh ducts/lobules
今年mammogram and ultrasound 的结果
The calcifications have significanly increased when compared to 2015 and 2016. The calcification now covering areas of 5cmX3.5cmX6.6cm. These calcification remain highly suspicous and surgical biopsy is recommend.
于是去看surgeon了，做了breast MRI, here is the result:
Background parenchyma extremely dense with several T2-bright lesions noted, compatible with cysts. Backgound enhancement is minimal. In the right breast, in the posterior third of the upper outer quadrant, there is one small area of nodular enhancement noted. This measures 4-5mm in maximal diameter. This lesion shows T2-bright signal centrally. Peak enhancement is, in some areas within this lesion, greater than 400% above baseline. There is no other area of mass-like or non-mass like enhancement in the right breast considered suspicious.
I am totally confused becuase the area MRI found have problem is not the same area that Mammgram shows. So my surgeon did not suggest to perform a surgical biosy on the calcification site. What should I do at this point? It seems that my calcification is getting worse and worse. Should I insist to have surgical biosy on the calcification site? or should I seek a second opinion?
Please suggest and I really appreciate your help!
