妈妈78岁，验血 ：高铁蛋白 162 ｛正常 13～150｝ ； 白细胞低 3·86 ｛正常 4～10｝ ； 淋巴细胞比率 44.8 ｛正常 20%～40%｝； 中性细胞数 1.76 ｛2～7.7｝

高铁蛋白高，该做什么检查，下一步？有什么可能？ 谢谢您的关注和指点
