有的人在步入老年时会手掌皮肤变干。查了一下原因；

感觉满有可能的：

• Very dry skin can be a sign of an under-active thyroid as it causes the skin to lose moisture.
• Hands also tend to lose moisture after menopause because the skin dries out when a women's oestrogen level drops.
