senses impaired, 感觉迟钝 求助， 谢谢

我女儿描述她有 finger dullness，also can't smell or taste things like normal。 Her senses are just impaired and things are not as strong as  usually feel it. when she is tired or late at night she feels finger numbness.

可能会是什么原因呢？应该看什么医生？
