谁知道阑尾壁的正常厚度？

长期右下腹痛。B超结果如下：The appendix is upper limits  of normal/mildly thickened measuring 0.62 cm. However, there is no surrounding fluid or echogenic inflamed fat.

慢性阑尾炎的可能性有多大？
