questions about test result

I just got test result for insurance purpose. Fructosamine is 2.14, expected range 1.20-1.70 mmol/L, Does that mean I have diabetic?  Please see below another 2 small issues.

GAMMA GLUTAMYLTRANSFERASE,  9 LOW, expected range 10-56 U/L

HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN(HDL), 78.10 HIGH, expected range 25.0-75.0 mg/dl

All others are ok.
