PVC and heart palpitations

My heart PVC (premature ventricular contractions), heart beating fast, skipping beat, and fluttering, is gone for past a month after I have lost 8 KGS. The problem had bugged me for 5 years. I exercise also, mainly walking 10,000 steps daily, weight training twice a week . I am 45 and weight 80 KGS.BMI is 25. To share with those having the same issues.
