想给长辈买Glucosamine，请问这两种的区别

当然，后者比较便宜，不知道后者有效果不？如果有效果我先买后者的，如果无效，那当然只能买前者了
含量表虽然看的懂，可是看懂那些名词是什么意思，也一样不知道是不是有必要补啊@_@求大家帮忙指导下blackmore那个可以不？
