What is the consequences of not fixing it?

He has 老年痴呆. The type is 狂躁型, 做他想做anything.

医生has the concern. He may do the things damage the hip fix easily. 

What is the consequences of not fixing it? 

Will he feel pain a lot? Since he has Parkinson, will he be able to recover?
