造成这种病的病因很多，要做一些检查化验，很多时候也不一定能查出原因。

治疗手段还是有的，有时候也比较有效。能找出原因的话，对因治疗早的话，是可以治愈，或是逆转的。如果损伤很厉害损伤太久的话，就是对因治疗也难以治愈。

通常要查血糖，甲状腺功能，维生素 B12，叶酸，血常规，需要的话要查其它特殊检查。如果是甲低，Vitamin B12 缺乏的话，及时治疗，治愈的可能性还是有的，但是如果耽误久了，就是治疗也不一定会治愈。就是维生素 B12 在正常范围，但处在较低水平 （下于 400）的话，也要服用 Vitamin B12。

如果看神经科要等太久的话，赶快看你的 Primary care doctor.
