我如何知道自己需要多久做一次dilated eye exam?

每做一次需要2个小时眼镜才恢复原状。我上次做这个exam是2年前。

上个月我去重新给眼镜验了光，根据新的prescription，配了一副新的阅读眼镜，比起旧的阅读眼镜，我的老花度数和散光度数都增加了一点。验光师想给我做dilation，我当时推托掉了。现在想起来在这里请教各位一下。谢谢！
