颈动脉超声波结果

因为头晕去做了颈动脉超声波检查，今天拿到结果了，结论是：

there is smooth plaque in both common carotid arteries and their branches.

the category of disease is mild.

there is antegrade flow in both vertebral arteries.

请帮我看看有多严重？有什么办法可以治疗或改善？现在觉得身体的问题好多，好沮丧。谢谢！
