Body positions affect the spinal disc. Lowest disc pressure is measured 185 kg while sitting and leaning position. 220 kg of disc pressure while standing, holding a load and leaning forward. With time, the overload pressure leads to disc pain and degeneration factors. Normally, flexing th body makes the conditions feel worse.

When there is pain or any discomfort at the lower back, the body will lean to the side with less or no synptomes, and leads to pelvic distortion, then shoulders asymmetry...
