We try everything let our be loved one alive. Giving food is the way to express love. However. sometimes we just prolong suffer. If your grandma has end stage cancer it may be the best to do hospice care. Tube feeding (NG, dobhoff tube, PEG) or TPN are likely feed nutrition to the cancer.
