I think 三酸甘油酯 is controlled by diet. exercise will increase HDL.

My 三酸甘油酯 has been around 52 for over ten years. Before last two years, no exercise for me at all, but my 三酸甘油酯 is still 52. My HDL increases a little bit. Last year my HDL is 60, LDL 89.
