我一朋友lower eyelid 得了Basal Cell Carcinoma。求助求助！

现在想尽快找到一个好医生。想询问一下，手术复杂吗？需要注意什么？找哪种医生做手术？是oculo plastic ophthalmologist? 我们查了一下John hopkins, cleveland clinic都不错，现在急需找到一个好医生。多谢指点！
