现在阿托品在crash cart里有，急诊室医生几乎没人常规用它了。

Beers Criteria: Atropine is identified in the Beers Criteria as a potentially inappropriate medication to be avoided in patients 65 years and older (independent of diagnosis or condition) due to its highly anticholinergic properties and uncertain effectiveness as an antispasmodic (Beers Criteria [AGS 2015]).

我跑急诊室看病人十几年了，还没见过一个急诊科医生用过阿托品治腹痛的。
