这个样子，可能目前不适合任何抗肿瘤治疗。

病人目前的一般情况按ECOG打分为3-4分。具体见下表。

抗肿瘤治疗一般在患者ECOG 0-1 时进行。有时可以放宽到2。

可以用中药支持治疗，中西医结合会更好。有贫血的要输血，有粒细胞减少/缺乏的要用集落刺激因子，有水、电解质、酸碱失衡的要纠正，有抑郁的要抗抑郁治疗帮助恢复体力，有感染的要抗感染治疗等等。

等一般情况好转了，再考虑抗肿瘤治疗。这里是Drugs Approved for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma。 应先考虑使用这些药物/方案，毕竟是临床试验证明有效的。pembrolizumab在血液肿瘤的疗效还不确定，在实体瘤也不是每种类型效果都好的。
