血管畸形

我亲戚的两个月大的小baby，腿浮肿，已去过好几家大的医院检查过，都诊断KT 综合症＿＿血管畸形，也说这是世界上不能治愈的疾病，我只想问问大家，这是真的吗？真没有办法治吗？美国这边有办法治吗？谢谢各位的回答和建议，急等……
