问个chest tube 问题

不知道有人了解用chest tube 解决plural effusion 的问题?

现在情况是,胸液accumulate 很快, 据医生说病人人一侧肺功能几乎没有, 另一侧积液目前靠thoracentesis 解决。

医生要做talc plurodesis. 据说成功率50-70,而且还疼。
