医生charge了一个没有做的service,怎么办  我女儿打排球手指骨折，去了ER。ER的医生看了片子，说她觉得要做手术，就把手 指掰直，简单做了一下处理，绑了一个小棒子，建议我们第二天去看一个 hand specialist, 并且给了电话。第二天，我们看了那个specialist,他说了我女儿的finger情况，然 后建议手术，并且让我去hand therapist那里去重新做一个split。在整个过程中， 一直就是说话，根本没有touch我女儿的finger. 结果等insurance的帐单来了之后， 发现他不仅charge了office visitor, 还charge了treat fracture finger。他根本 就没有做任何事。我们是那天下午去therapist那里换了一个正规的split. 这种情 况怎么办。我打电话去他的billing department,他们要我跟office talk说他们收 到的code就是这样. 打电话到office就说要问医生，给我回电,但是现在也没信。态 度恶劣。Insurance已经procees了,因为是high deductible,所以付款了.我跟保险 公司打电话了,因为保险是high dedutible所以是公司给employee的一些healthy fund出 的,不知道他们怎么处理。还有，如果他们不承认怎么办
