感冒后十天了,变成了鼻炎,( 头昏, 多半是鼻窦炎) 黄涕不少,,

用过了抗生素Zithromycin （五天）,也没有进展. 用的滴鼻液是Afrin 和Flonase. 我对Flonase 有个问题, 照它的说明,

它是用来处理season  and year-round allergic and non allergic nasal symptoms 那么它对鼻窦炎(很可能是细菌引起的)

有作用, 还是没作用, 还是可能更坏?这种激素类的药水我用过多年, 但是从来也讲不清它有用还是有害.这次用到现在

差不多一周, 没见有效.
