颈性高血压?

过去两个星期，我妈妈的血压一直在160／60。她感觉非常头昏。去医院做了CT和抽血。今天打电话回去问她。 她说颈部打了封闭针。 开了晕眩啉和其它的药。She had no idea what problem she has. She just starts to take the medication the doctor has prescribed for her. Based on what she has said, I wonder if she has 颈性高血压. Does anyone here know anything about 颈性高血压?
